I put amazon links on my mixes, and just do the heavy lifting myself. All you do is drop the ISBN into the appropriate spot on the url, really. I also use the Apple linkmaker. I don't do the YouTube thing on mine, though, I just set up the songs to stream, and try to make it more work for a visitor to steal the songs from the streaming file than it would be to just go buy it -- the mp3 file names are changed, the info like artist and title stripped out, no image tag, buried in a folder with a semi-convoluted path . . . I'm sure some people might be clever enough to dig them out, but then they have to retag the song, and that alone is worth spending 99 cents, imho.
