I haven't read the book (namely because I wait to buy it used) but I have read spoilers for it.
So I tell my co-worker (who's been flaunting her copy to the entire office) stuff like this:
1. Harry gets Ginny pregnant.
2. Ron gives Hermione the clap.
3. While Snape and Dumbledore are enjoying a little nude bondage & domination, Dumbledore begs Snape to spank him with a mace and, um, there's an accident and Dumbledore dies.
4. Tonks & Remus open a gay bar together.
5. Crookshanks is the Half-Blood Prince.
6. Hagrid gives birth to Malfoy's love-child.
