I can't get the LJ hover menu to work, even when I temporarily enable ever running instance of Java in NoScript. Any insights? I'm having to use their Report a Bot form instead.

Besides a browser-re-launch, I'm not sure. In Chrome, I don't have to re-launch, but I'm not sure about FireFox. Haven't tested in Opera or Safari...

The long way is LiveJournal menu > Profile > Settings > Privacy > Ban and Unban Users. But ugh, that's tedious.

The NoScript plugin in FF doesn't need a relaunch; it applies its tweaks live. It's just that I can't get the menu to appear no matter what I do.
