I PMed her to suggest that a chat with the folks at the Abuse Team might yield contact info for the person whose job description included untangling such messes, or at least elucidating how and why this happened, but a Support Ticket seems like it might lead to more direct help and better results. One caveat. Do we know for sure that this not the troll attempting a back door takeover of the account.? I may have just read too much Machiavelli though...
