Answer to aurora novarum's "Sam and Vala = Girls' Day out, Prefer all Gen please" prompt at LiveJournal's Women of the Gate.

It's actually either femslashy or pre-Daniel/Vala 'ship, depending on what goggles you wear.

I wracked my brain to write fic for this, but could only think of either pornographic femslash or schmoopy Daniel/Vala. Not that this is an improvement. ;-p

Thanks! I tried to cram as many canon references as possible into one cartoon, so I figured a "missing scene" from "Family Ties" would fit the prompt.

If I later wind up writing a Gen story from your prompt, I'll let you know.
