FANFIC: I've Been Archived!

I dunno why I'm so stoked that a site that accepts self-submissions makes me excited that I'm archived on it, but finally:

"We have accepted the story you submitted to All Daniel Fic. Thank you!"

Yay! Two of my drabbles had been rejected, so having "Bookends, or Six Ways 'Til Sunday" archived at AllDanielFic makes my day. :-)

I wouldn't take having the two drabbles being rejected as a negative comment on the content. I've often found that something may be rejected there because of formatting issues or grammar/punctuation issues.
As long as the pieces are Daniel-centric I can't see any other reasons why your stuff would be rejected.
Maybe trying email back to find out what the problem is.

The drabbles I'd submitted weren't Daniel-centric enough for them. No big deal!

I mean, drabbles aren't going to rock anyone's world anyway. They were actually more Vala-centric, but there's no Vala archive that I know of.

And you've reminded me I should get around to updating my stuff @ Area 52. Man I remember when Heliopolis was the big thing in fic. :P

OMG Area 52! Maybe my brain-bleach slash with Nick buying Daniel 2 prostitutes (male & female) in Marrakesh might have a home...

Poor Heliopolis! Maybe the site admin could've passed the torch when RL took over her spare time.

It's no so much that, but back when the site was revamped, she said the fic would be taken down and then put back up, but even now, most of mine are still missing and that was going on 3-4 or so years ago now. I just forgot about it and created my own little site to archive my fic, and I let whoever else wants to archive it take it also. I'm not much of a writer.

No slash is ever brain-bleachy unless it's like Walter/MALP or something... damn, stupid MALP arm...with the ideas, and the rotating, ugh! o.O :P
