I'm guessing that because he can't remove an alien artifact from Cheyenne Mountain without a pile of paperwork, it'll have to be at the SGC.

Jack and Cam have never had any problems getting Daniel to get porny at work, so it's an "alpha" issue as well as a "sex at work" issue" for this premise.

Vala, in my fanon, brings out the Alpha in Daniel, so I'm willing to give this premise a bit of latitude.

...I'm just in a bad enough mood to be snarky about your fanon not being canon...and point out that in canon(which is what I work from) neither Cam or Jack have ever gotten Daniel to be "porny' in any way.

You do have a point tho about alien artifacts not leaving the base.

I do also agree that she does bring out 'alpha' Daniel...

but ya know what...most people are have no qualms about going out of canon to get what they want..so just do it as PWP and it won't matter.

OMG, you should've seen the fanwank between 'shippers, slashers, and noromos that occurred in The X-Files fandom over whether Mulder was bisexual or would ever do Krycek... and then the episode "The Red & the Black" aired, where Krycek kissed Mulder.

My gosh, you could hear the collective THUNK slashers made falling out of their chairs during the broadcast. I'm pretty sure it was way more deafening than when Cam called Daniel "baby" in "Babylon" or the several times Cam calls him "Sunshine".

I neither recall any episode called 'Babylon' nor do I recall Cam ever calling him 'baby'(the thought of that makes me wanna throw up)...and as for 'sunshine'...probably just does because it bugs him.
